The Fall season is starting and back to usual schedule
Session: Dec1st –Feb28th.
Days/Times: Tues, Thur 6:00-7:15 am , Saturday 7am to 8:30am
Cost: $250.00 (we accept credit cards, cash, checks payable to Long Island University)
Daily Drop –In rate: $10.00
For those who choose to sign up for the session you will receive a Post bathing cap and an under-armor t-shirt with this year’s logo,

The C.W. Post team swims out of the Pratt Recreational Centre at C.W. Post , Long Island University.
